    Teka THZ Pan Mixer

    The THZ pan mixer has set the standard for efficiency and reliability for over 40 years. The unique swingback arm configuration is designed to maximise the effectiveness of the blades and scrapers whilst reducing interference and wear of the arms themselves, reducing mixing times and increasing homogeneity.

    THZ Pan Mixer Upgrade
    The swingback mixer arm configuration was introduced in 2003. The new rotor has been designed in such a way that earlier model THZ mixers can be upgraded to the new design with minimum modification. We offer a conversion kit to enable clients to upgrade their mixers to achieve even greater mixing efficiency.

      Walter Mixer Washout - A2-B System

      The Walter A2-B mixer cleaning system is designed to cut through concrete build up on pan and planetary mixers. The 110 bar system outputs 50 litres of water per minute sequentially from each self cleaning head, resulting in industry leading cleaning.

      Mixer Venting Filters

      CDX mixer venting filters control the dust created during the batching cycle. Using reverse jet technology, CDX vents the pressurised air and returns the product directly back into the mixer, creating a cleaner, healthy working environment with less waste.       Mixer Moisture Measurement. Hydronix Hydro-Mix VII.

      The Hydro-Mix VII is a floor mounted moisture probe designed to accurately detect moisture levels in the mix. The rugged and robust unit is extremely hard wearing, providing the user with consistent long lasting performance.

      • Perfect for all types of static pan, planetary, single shaft & twinshaft mixers
      • Direct digital connection to PC, Control System or Hydronix Hydro-Control

    Teka TPZ Planetary Mixer

    The TPZ planetary mixer is designed with high quality mixes in mind. A unique ‘counter current’ gearbox rotates the mixing stars in opposing directions, producing a high intensity blending action to mix quicker and more comprehensively. This makes the TPZ perfect for applications which require a consistent finish, for example, using colourings.

    New mixturbine model for small batches

    Newly designed for mixing coloured concretes, particularly for semi-dry face mix application, the TPZ Planetary MixTurbine uses a unique non-stick turbine blade to minimise contamination between batches.

    The TDZ twinshaft mixer is designed to mix large batches quickly and efficiently. A combination of compact design/footprint and high output makes the TDZ ideal for high volume batch plants, particularly readymix and construction concrete.     Zyklos 3-D Forced Flow Mixer

    The Zyklos range of mixers are ideal for small scale mixing, with capacities ranging from 30 – 370 litres. The simple design ensures reliable performance and minimal maintenance. A removable mixing pan allows for quick and easy discharging.

    Zyklos uses uniflow mixing action:

    ♦ An eccentrically mounted mixing star rotates synchronously with the mixing pan.
    ♦ Statically mounted mixing tools result in both a stirring and kneading mixing process, while the wall scraper continuously removes batch residue from the pan wall.
