Abrasion Resistant Pan Mixer Wear Parts

Blades, scrapers and arm guards are the most frequently replaced part of a mixer. Our cast steel, Hawiflex® polyurethane and tungsten carbide wear parts will help reduce the amount of time you spend in (and money you spend on) your mixer.
Hawiflex high performance polyurethane is the industry leader. Exceptional abrasion and impact resistance mean this blade will outlast virtually all cast, rubber and polyurethane wear parts on the market.

UltraTungsten wear parts offer extreme abrasion resistance for high wear zones. The extremely hard tungsten coating is combined with a cast steel backing to offer the maximum wear life available at a competitive price.

Cast steel wear parts are economical and high quality. Ideal for tighter budgets and low wear mixers.

Hard Wearing Pan Mixer Floor & Wall Plates

Replacement Mixer Gearboxes

When a gearbox goes down it often needs replacing in a hurry. We supply Cobra Rau gearboxes which can be retrofitted in place of ZF gearboxes for a wide range of mixers, including Teka, Pemat, Rapid, Steelfields, Arbau and Arcen.

We also offer a range of spares to maintain your existing Cobra Rau unit and components to assist in conversion to Cobra Rau.
