 Walter Washout Systems Walter Washout Systems are quite simply the best on the market. With over 170 systems supplied in the UK, Walter Washout systems are proven to clean more thoroughly, more efficiently and more reliably. In response to customer demand we have launched a new in-house service scheme whereby Walter trained and approved engineers conduct servicing under strict control from our Capital Department. We now offer the only Walter approved and supported scheme. As sole agent for Walter in UK we are undoubtedly best placed to provide this service with the back-up of Walter expertise and experience behind us. ConSpare servicing focuses on minimizing cost and maximizing performance whilst re-establishing optimum safe performance and avoiding potentially high repair costs. We offer service exchange components for key items, have more Walter spares ex-stock, offer new components to enable more effective repairs and continually train our engineers in new techniques for improved service standards.  Hydronix Moisture Measurement Hydronix is the leading supplier of microwave moisture measuring equipment. Hydronix sensors offer unrivalled accuracy and reliability. Regular maintenance helps to ensure the equipment is operating to optimum performance. In our capacity as main distributor, ConSpare offer a range of site services carried out by fully trained, Hydronix approved Engineers. Installation In addition to supplying the full range of Hydronix equipment, we also offer an installation service to make sure you get the most from your system. Whether it be an upgrade to an existing control system or part of a new install, we can help. We liaise with control system manufacturers to ensure full integration. Calibration Accurate moisture measurement relies on accurate calibration. Our experienced engineers conduct site surveys and calibrate sensors to maximize accuracy. Annual calibration and training visits help you get the best from your plant. Repair Hydronix sensors tend to be used in harsh environments. Sensors can usually be repaired to keep cost to a minimum. Repaired units come with a 6 month warranty. Service exchange units are available for urgent breakdowns. Probe calibration settings can be downloaded from old sensors and then uploaded to replacements to minimize installation time. All aspects of our Hydronix servicing include training for operators and maintenance staff if required. | ||
