| Cast Steel Our new range utilises three distinct grades of cast steel which have been developed to cope with the different wear patterns found in twinshaft mixers. A unique double heat treatment process and high chrome content ensure exceptional through-hard durability to optimise performance of wearing parts. Our cast steel range includes blades, arms and lining tiles. | ||

| Hawiflex® Synthetic Rubber Hawiflex® twinshaft blades combine outstanding abrasion resistance and shatterproof high impact resistance. Add to this a significant weight saving over cast steel blades and Hawiflex® becomes a real alternative to cast steel. The blades are manufactured with a unique ribbed design to enhance mixing performance. | ||

| UltraTungsten If you experience very aggressive wear problems or would like to vastly reduce maintenance time within the mixer, UltraTungsten blades and arms offer exceptional abrasion resistance. Recycled Tungsten Carbide tiles are brazed onto the surface providing an extremely hard wearing protective layer leading to a vastly improved operational lifetime of the blade or arm.
